Car Rental Booking Terms
Welcome to Bharat Taxi Chandigarh. By booking a taxi ride or using our rental service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking Confirmation & Vehicle Assignment
All taxi bookings are confirmed via direct phone (+91 9814211122) or official WhatsApp notification. We guarantee pre-inspected, sanitized commercial vehicles paired with verified drivers.
2. Fare Calculation & Toll Taxes
For outstation packages, per-kilometer rates apply. Toll taxes, state border entry taxes, and parking fees are either included in agreed fixed quotes or paid directly at toll plazas as per the selected package contract.
3. Luggage & Passenger Capacity Guidelines
Passengers must adhere to government capacity limits (e.g. Hatchback: 4 passengers, Sedan: 4 passengers, SUV: 6-7 passengers). Excessive baggage exceeding vehicle trunk limits must be disclosed in advance for roof-carrier vehicle arrangement.
4. Cancellation & Modifications
Cancellations requested 2 hours prior to scheduled doorstep pickup carry zero penalty fees. For emergency modifications, please notify our team via phone or WhatsApp immediately.
